HEALTH & SAFETY

We are preparing to reopen in accordance to the Restore Illinois Phase 4 guidelines for reopening. We intend to comply with all guidelines for Health & Fitness Centers (Phase 4) and in the case of the bolded items below, go beyond the guidelines. Among all the requirements therein, Flow specifically plans to:

1. Screen and take the temperature of every employee at the beginning of each shift.

2. Prohibit sick or symptomatic employees from working with no return until safe to do so.

3. Require all employees to (i) wear face coverings over nose and mouth, (ii) maintain social distancing of at least 6-feet, (iii) frequently wash their hands, and (iv) monitor capacity limits and social distancing among patrons (we plan to assign 1 employee per 16 exercise participants to monitor social distancing).

4. Prohibit access to our four enclosed party rooms for birthday party reservations throughout July and until we feel comfortable thereafter.

5. Strongly encourage patrons to check capacity and register for exercise times online in advance.

6. Screen and take the temperature of ALL patrons who enter the fitness center.

7. Prohibit sick or symptomatic patrons from participating in the fitness center.

8. Strongly encourage patrons to maintain 6-feet social distancing during exercise.

9. Encourage all exercise participants to wear face coverings and have masks available on site for purchase.

10. Require all non-participants to wear face coverings.

11. Display signage at entry with face covering requirements, social distancing guidelines, cleaning protocols, and any reduced capacity limit.

12. Group fitness classes will be limited to no more than 50 participants.

13. No more than 50% occupancy.

14. Make hand sanitizer available to all employees and patrons throughout the fitness center.

15. Fully clean and sanitize every workout area every hour on the hour.

16. Frequently clean and disinfect bathrooms and surfaces touched by multiple people.

17. Deep clean the entire fitness center every morning before opening to patrons.

AIRTRACK

  • DO NOT ATTEMPT MANEUVERS BEYOND YOUR SKILL LEVEL.
  • ONLY USE THE AIRTRACK UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A PARK EMPLOYEE.
  • LEAVE SUFFICIENT SPACE BETWEEN YOU AND OTHER PATRONS.
  • OUR GRIP SOCKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES ON THE AIRTRACK.
  • DO NOT RACE OR ROUGHHOUSE ON THE AIRTRACK.
  • DO NOT ATTEMPT GAINERS.
  • NO DOUBLE FLIPS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED.
  • DO NOT STEP ON THE EDGES OR CORNERS OF THE AIRTRACK.

DUNKBALL

  • ONLY ONE BALL IS ALLOWED PER LANE.
  • ONLY ONE PERSON IS ALLOWED PER LANE.
  • PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  • YOU GET ONE DUNK OR ATTEMPT AT THE BASKET PER TURN.
  • DO NOT KICK OR THROW THE BALL.
  • DO NOT RUN UP THE PADS.
  • DO NOT CROSS OVER THE LANES TO DUNK.
  • ALWAYS JUMP WITHIN YOUR ABILITY, AND BE AWARE THAT YOU WILL BE LANDING ON A FLEXIBLE SURFACE.
  • DO NOT HANG ON THE RIMS OR NETS.

TRAPEZE

  • ONLY ONE PERSON AT A TIME MAY USE THE TRAPEZE.
  • CONFIRM THAT THE PREVIOUS USER HAS LEFT THE FOAM PIT BEFORE SWINGING.
  • YOU MUST LET GO OF THE TRAPEZE ON THE FIRST SWING. DO NOT SWING BACKWARD TOWARD THE PLATFORM.
  • NO SITTING, STANDING OR HANGING BY YOUR KNEES. GRASP THE BAR WITH YOUR HANDS ONLY.
